Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
I am only able to get to the post office on Thursdays and Fridays. Keeping this in mind please allow three business days for me to process your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
I donβt currently offer international shipping. Perhaps one day but for now I am only shipping domestically.
Do I get a tracking code with my order?
If you have paid for shipping then you will receive a tracking code. All orders that come with free shipping are sent as letter post and do not come with a tracking code. All ordered are posted through Australia Post.
What is your return policy?
I do not offer refunds for mistakes made on your behalf, so please make sure you checkout consciously. Of course if there has been an issue made on my behalf I will refund or resolve the issue with you directly. I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase so please reach out to me via the contact form if you have any concerns and we can come to a resolution collectively.
Is your post missing in transit?
Please allow up to two weeks for your post to be delivered due to recent postage delays. If your package still hasnβt arrived I will do my best to track it down with Australia Post and expect that you will do the same by lodging an enquiry on their website. If your package is permanently lost unfortunately I can not offer a refund.
